Water Damage Repair
If your phone has been subjected to water, we recommend powering it off immediately to prevent further damage. Leaving the device on can cause shorting and accelerate corrosion of internal components, potentially leading to issues like camera spots or complete board failure. If you must, DIY methods using rice are not recommended. Instead, use Silica Gel as a desiccant to absorb and hold water vapor.
Cameras
Cameras can fail due to drops or even mild events like software updates. We diagnose and remedy issues with either software or hardware fixes. In bug-related cases, we advise backing up and resetting the device. For failing cameras, we can replace the camera module. If water damage causes spots, we can sometimes clean the camera internals to restore it to its original condition.
